Terms and conditions

Clause 1

Subject

The general terms and conditions of sale described below outline the rights and obligations of the company S.A.S EC PRESSE, located at 50 Voie Aurélienne • CS10498 • 83704 Saint-Raphaël Cedex • France, and its client, referred to as "the Buyer," regarding the Buyer's registration for the CosmoPet International Congress. Any service provided by S.A.S EC PRESSE implies the Buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Clause 2

Price

The registration fees are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are expressed in euros and calculated excluding tax (excl. tax). Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. S.A.S EC PRESSE reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. However, it agrees to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated at the time the order was recorded.

Clause 3

Discounts and RebatesThe proposed rates include any discounts and rebates that S.A.S EC PRESSE may grant, taking into account the assumption of certain services by the Buyer.

Clause 4

Cash discounts

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Clause 5

Terms of Payment

Payment for orders can be made by:

Check;
Credit/Debit card;
Bank transfer.

Upon recording the order, the Buyer must pay the total amount of the invoice upon receipt to definitively validate their registration. For payments made by foreign checks, any related bank collection fees shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Clause 6

Late Payment

The payment terms are 45 days from the date of invoicing. For payments by transfer or check, if payment is not received within 15 days after the legal payment deadline, the registration will be cancelled.

Clause 7

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) clear daysto exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. This period runs from the acceptance of the offer and the date of the Buyer's registration. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting the Company by mail at: S.A.S. EC PRESSE • 50 Voie Aurélienne • CS10498 • 83704 Saint-Raphaël Cedex • France. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the registrations purchased will be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days after the request date. Refunds are made by bank check or bank transfer.

Clause 8

Cancellation

Any cancellation or request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat at: alexandra.bibaut@expression-cosmetique.fr.

Clause 9

Force majeure

S.A.S EC PRESSE shall not be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. In this regard, force majeure refers to any external, unforeseeable, and unavoidable event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.

Clause 10

Competent Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris.
